Deceptive Practices
- Creating deepfakes or synthetic media for deception without consent
- Generating spam, phishing content, or scam materials
- Impersonating individuals or organizations fraudulently
- Spreading disinformation or deliberately false information
Security Violations
- Attempting to access systems or data without authorization
- Circumventing security measures or access controls
- Conducting penetration testing without written authorization
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting our models
AI System Circumvention
- Jailbreaking or attempting to bypass AI safety controls, content policies, or behavioral guardrails
- Using prompt injection techniques to manipulate AI systems into ignoring instructions or revealing system prompts
- Crafting adversarial inputs designed to cause AI systems to produce harmful, biased, or policy-violating outputs
- Attempting to extract training data, model weights, or proprietary information from AI systems
- Using prompt engineering techniques with the intent to override safety measures or platform controls
- Sharing, distributing, or selling jailbreak prompts, exploits, or circumvention techniques
Platform Abuse
- Overloading systems with excessive requests or denial-of-service
- Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
- Using automation to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
- Creating multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions
Unauthorized Data Collection
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from our services without written authorization
- Using automated tools to extract content, outputs, or user data

Enforcement
We take violations of this policy seriously. Enforcement actions are proportional to the severity and frequency of violations:
