Disruptive Rain complies with U.S. export control laws and economic sanctions. This page outlines our export compliance program and your obligations as a user.

Our Commitment
Disruptive Rain is committed to complying with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including:
- Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)
- International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) administered by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls
- Economic sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
Restricted Countries and Regions
Disruptive Rain services are not available to users located in, or for use in, the following comprehensively sanctioned countries and regions:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Crimea region of Ukraine
- Donetsk People's Republic
- Luhansk People's Republic
This list may change as sanctions programs are updated. We recommend checking OFAC's website for the most current information.
Export Classifications
The following are the export control classifications for Disruptive Rain products under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR):

ECCN = Export Control Classification Number. EAR99 items are subject to the EAR but not listed on the Commerce Control List.
Your Responsibilities
By using Disruptive Rain services, you represent and warrant that:
- You will not access or use our services from a comprehensively sanctioned country or region
- You are not listed on any U.S. government restricted parties list
- You will not use our services to develop weapons, including weapons of mass destruction
- You will not export or re-export any software or technical data obtained through our services in violation of export laws
- You will not use our services in any way that violates applicable export control laws
Denied Parties Screening
Disruptive Rain screens all customers and transactions against applicable restricted and denied party lists, including:
- OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List
- BIS Entity List
- BIS Denied Persons List
- BIS Unverified List
If your account is blocked due to a potential match with a restricted party list, please contact our compliance team for assistance.
